Dedicated Concierge Line Now Available For Our Senior Members

We are pleased to announce that we now have a dedicated Customer Service team that will strictly answer calls from our senior members. The Senior Member Concierge line went live on 10/17/2022 designed to serve the specific needs of our senior members from start to finish. This will create a user friendly system that will help our senior members navigate through our system more efficiently. Our Customer Service Representatives are ready and able to assist with questions and concerns tied to Referrals, Authorizations, Eligibility, Billing, and any other general questions our senior members may have and respond in a timely manner.

When calling our Customer Service line (818) 357-5000, press Option 1, then, Option 6 for the Senior Member Concierge Line.
